    The bag wasn't in stock when purchased, the seller did offer similar bags but as a replacement but nothing that matched that print. I did get a refund straight away and the sellers communication was good and they were apologetic about not having the bag available. The neutral rating comes from the fact that they have at least two separate ebay stores or are using the same photos from other stores for similar items with wildly different prices including postage.
