    Top notch customer service and they stand behind their word, I still need a center speaker and possibly 2 more Atmos' and will absolutely do business with these guys again. Everything was exactly as described. While I haven't installed yet, I just know everything will be fine.

    Owner of company was in a car accident. We received a request to cancel and refunded the order while he was in the hospital. We did not have any record of what was shipped or when so we had to standby. We asked one person if they had received an order. They said no so we shipped it. Come to find out they already received it so we stopped contacting and shipping until we could get the info. Thanks for the feedback.
