My tablecloth arrived damaged (oil stains from the lacing machine) and they responded almost immediately stating they would send a free replacement (inspecting it first), with no return necessary. The replacement arrived quickly and in perfect condition. This tablecloth is very pretty. It does have an oily smell to it because of the machine but it is washable!
