About us

We produce these ashtrays on the latest state of art CNC machines. The ashtrays have a multi-step process starting from a block of aluminum bar stock. The block is machined to its initial-shape. The ashtray then undergoes bead blasting and powder coat. Then the ashtray Op 3 gets set in a pallet fixture for final machining. The final step is lapping and polishing.
