  I have asked for after sales help & been ignored for few days. Aftersales communication and help is extremely important for all!. I do not know if this items is working as the cable does not fit my wifi modem. Whilst this might be a "me problem" As a total tecno phobe i looked to the seller who sold many of these phones to direct me to what i needed to buy, suitable for my modem and thus using this phone. Will have to send this phone back when maybe i do not need too!
