I must note: you didn't substantiate your claim with any photo as most do, nor did you specify the alleged discrepancy. When I messaged you to inquire what the issue was exactly and even offer a refund, you have been completely unresponsive. I've sold this item breand new for a couple years and have had 0 issues up to now. But having thought about this for quite a while, I can only conclude that you either made an error in your feedback directed at me, or you don't know what "leatherette" is.
