    I know it's in the hands of the courier services once shipped meaning it's no longer the seller's issue especially if tracking shows the package as delivered even though I could not find it anywhere initially but immediately telling me to open a case knowing eBay is going to side with them without even trying to check things out from their side of things is something else. I would have been screwed if I didn't find my package by chance in another building within the neighborhood.
