    Item arrived on time and packaged securely. A great value for a nice laptop. Was able to get it running easily. There was a crack in the palm rest that I don't remember seeing in photos or the description. Almost like the original battery became swollen. And the biometric scanner doesn't work. Not going to mark it down any stars bc it was les than $100.
