  They reached out to refund or rebuild. Also, they asked if I received the package. My problem is that it was a waste of time and don't lie to your customers. Just say I screwed up and ran out of product. Do try and act like its a shipping issue if you never delivered the product to the shipping company. This would be negative if they did try a little but I wont buy from them again.
