      Hi, im very surprised at this feedback. You messaged me saying that you had opened the item and that it had broken inside and I could not have known, however you were still happy to keep the item. You had the open to return as with all my items but chose not to. Im very confused about this. If you wanted to return you could have but you wanted to keep and actually sent a lovely message suggesting it was impossible for me to know about the problem
