    The seller does not allow returns. It was indicated. However, the item is not as described. It was even torn on the collar, very cheaply made and so with the material, and the size was not even accurate. The delivery took awhile as well. It's so flimsy, the collar was even far from my neck and I ordered small. This is the cheapest I've ever received from E bay! Waste of my time and money.

    Thank you for the bad review given without the opportunity to correct a problem. We, including eBay, does allow for a return when there is a problem like this. We would have immediately offered a refund to you. While we can't check every item, we do make it a point to correct an issue when it is presented to us. You choose not to inform us of the problem, only to give a bad review. Since you've already done the damage without any notification, there is no incentive for us.
