    Very bad service. No response to your queries whatsoever. I have ordered 2 quantities and paid for 2 items but received only 1 item. Not happy as I have messaged them regarding this and no one is taking h care to reply. Don't use this seller. I need my second item in special delivery or refund the whole cost of products.

    Arrived later than the estimated date. Disappointed as it arrived way after my event therefore no longer needed but cannot return as it’s personalised, waste of my money.
