    Wasn’t personalised no where to ask only on his contact seller what was done but no joy wasn’t very helpful when told him it was no good to me just said you should of filled it in properly mmmm no you should make your page clearer or read your messages pl don’t buy unless desprat that’s £12 I won’t get back

    I’m sorry to hear you’re not happy. I did ask for your requirements to be left in the “note to seller” box at checkout, but this wasn’t done. I also offered a returns label for a full refund, which wasn’t accepted. Please let me know if you would like me to resend the label so we can resolve this for you.
