About us

My name is Steven Porterfield, I started my business "The Cats Meow" in the fall of 1986. Although my store which is 4000 square feet is a general Antique shop filled with everything from fine furniture to antique and collectible toys, I am known worldwide for historical to vintage clothing and accessories. My personal collection spans more than 250 years. I drive around fifty thousand miles a year buying for my store. My customer base included fashion designers, the movie industry, theaters, museums, archives, collectors and people who wear vintage. I have bought and sold on ebay since it started and have decided to open an ebay store so that I can expand my ebay business and share the items I have accumulated with those that don't have the opportunity to travel. We will list antique, vintage clothing & accessories, doll related items and other collectibles. I hope you enjoy the store.

    This seller is very Dishonest he is making money on shipping. Charges high priority prices and ships ground. Refuses to refund the extra shipping. Does not answer to messages. Would never buy from him again. I have specifically asked for item to be shipped right away cause needed it for a show. Item arrived after very late. Because it was shipped ground so could not use it. Disgusted Horrible Experience. Do not trust this Seller
