    No communication. No tracking number. Rude customer service. Left many messages on multiple platforms. Never returned my call. Finally sent a message a week after the delivery estimate telling me I’m “pestering” them. Spend your money elsewhere. Crutchfield has boxes and proper customer service. Bummed because this interaction soured what would’ve been a nice holiday present. Not worth supporting this “company” though.

    Item shipped out quickly but was lost during shipping. If you track it UPS 1z14v3880394974544 , you can clearly see that we had to open and investigation due to lost pkg and we had to file a claim. We didn't have any information to give due to it being lost. Customer kept being rude the entire time and we tried to tell him that ups was looking for it but he wouldn't accept that. Kept blaming us that we never shipped it. It's awful to be blamed for something when the carrier drops the ball.
