    WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! Seller SHOVED it into the smallest mailer that I EVER seen, and it gets worse! Send a PILLOW COVER WITH NO WAY TO SECURE A PILLOW BECAUSE THE BOTTOM IS COMPLETELY RIPPED OPEN!!!! It was sent inside out as well! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!! I HAVE NO IDEA HOW AN EXPERIENCED SELLER WOULD EVEN THINK ANYONE WOULD ACCEPT THE ITEM IN THE CONDITION IT WAS IN! SOOOO NOT COOL!

    Thank you for reaching out. We're truly sorry to hear about your concerns with the pillow cover that you received this is not the experience we want our customers to have. As always we offer free returns to ensure every transaction ends on a positive note. To clarify the pillow is an antique piece which is why the bottom seam is open it was designed that way and simply needs to be sewn shut to secure. Additionally, we shipped the cover inside out to protect the antique embroidery during transit.
