    I ordered this item and gave my hood dimensions. The seller said it would fit. I received it and had it installed. It was short by 3 inches. I am happy with the design just not the fit.

    At time of order, a different size was not requested. The size we offer is in the description. In an email exchange that was a month prior...we spoke about you needing a larger size; I was never given the finish to quote. Seeing you merely purchased the listing at 65in not 77in...it appears that you were not willing to assume that there may be a price difference in more material. As it was not addressed prior to installation, I assume that you were well aware of this to just go ahead with it.
