Unfortunately, the pulley was hard to turn by hand. Contacted seller and they offered a replacement. Sent the alternator back and received another one. They tested the alternator before shipping and said that it spins freely. The replacement alternator has the same issue (damage during shipping). Contacted them again and sent pictures. They refunded my payment. Honest seller, Thank you & thumbs up

Shipping company damaged the inside panel of the door. I documented the damage with the carrier when the door arrived and Stricker worked a partial credit out the same day. I was still able to use the remaining part of the door that was undamaged. It was grade A just as advertised.
