That is also what was paid for. These are custom made per customer and our listing clearly states there are no returns due to the custom nature of the product. If it had been ordered as a 40" and then you received a 16" then there would be no issue to do an exchange with expedited shipping for free. We will be happy to send you a 40" but we cannot accept the return for the custom part.
