    Sadly, a terrible experience. Seller described items as VG (Excellent adult owned), nowhere in the description stated some of the items the disc was scratched or booklets torn. Yet, seller blamed me for not reading description. Very difficult to work with, no etiquette, super uncouth and lacked any sense of humbleness.

    Items were described as VG in 3 parts of eBay Description which by any grading standards is a 5-6 out 10 condition. I said, I listened to all CDs and they played excellent. Buyer was not happy wanted a 50% partial due he felt half order was very bad shape but wanted to keep them. He claimed Vg was 8 out of 10 which it is not, 8 would be near mint, nowhere did I claim that. I offered full refund and paid return shipping. Buyer did ship back and received all his money back within 2 wks of purchase
