  I bought the cabinet with a used Singer for $30 in February 1964 in Illinois. Later traded the Singer in for a zigzag Singer – big mistake! Should have kept the old machine. Skip forward 60 years to Texas and I was telling my 68-year-old daughter how I missed that machine. She couldn’t help with the machine but she still had the cabinet! And YOU had the machine! It is beautiful = just arrived and the packaging was superb (took me half an hour to get it open). You are the BEST!

  I honestly thought I was getting a machine with a backstitch lever which was my whole point in purchasing but that’s no one’s fault. The machine is in great condition and I’m happy with it. It was packaged very securely and I am very satisfied. I’m sure it will last me for years to come. The seller was nice enough to include a necessary wooden piece as well, which I really appreciated.
