    I ordered and paid on September 11, package arrived October 1. You can do the math, but the package is wonderful, and it arrived safely, so I am happy and don't need to kick up a fuss. I just didn't learn about the delay until I initiated a chat. The item was new and clean and exactly as described, a great deal, and free shipping. Safely wrapped with plenty of protection.
