  Item not as described: Seller did NOT respond to 3 requests in good faith to validate its authenticity. In the ad, seller 'St Bonnett' claimed the item was NEW, however the manufacturer's SEAL had been BROKEN/peeled off, then clear packing tape was applied to the cap. Additionally, the product he sold me does NOT smell like genuine Pureology product, which leads me to believe it was either a dup product and/or watered down. Shame on you. I'm out 70 bucks but you're out of ethics. Buyers beware!

  I responded to the buyer. The tape on the lid is so that it will not leak during shipping. The Item was from Amazon It was not tampered with. I have Free returns on all of my products. If a buyer is not happy with a product they return it for a refund.
