About us

We buy $2,000 of new and used items each week that are available to list in our store. Every item that we purchase for resale is carefully inspected, stored in a clean scent-free environment, and when ordered shipped (mostly) with eBay branded shipping materials and packaged carefully so items arrive safely to our buyers. Items we sell come predominantly from two sources. The first is a weekly auction the sells mostly collectibles from high-end estates with SOME new items. The other is a warehouse company that buys overstock from national retailers (the retailer has too many to store in their own warehouse and so they auction excess inventory) or "shelf pulls" (the retailer no longer wishes to sell the item due to any number of reasons i.e. the item is seasonal or they just want to make room for different items). After inspecting items, items NOT in good enough condition to sell on eBay are donated to various churches/charities to ensure our buyers receive the best available.

    emailed seller, on Friday, immediately my mistake ordering the camera lens because it was wrong mount. seller shipped item, on Monday, anyway, claiming did not get my message. interestingly he responded, immediately, to email when i requested return. seller apparently more interested in clearing inventory than satisfying customers.

    Buyer did not follow the steps to cancel an order than wanted to blame us for his mistake because the item shipped. Sending a message is NOT how you properly cancel an order.
