    Customer support sub par I purchased 3 different sissy bar brackets in accordance to what they recommended just to get the right one the last time. Shipping is good quality good but make Shure you pick out your part correctly as they are little to no help finding or fixing said issue

    There was absolutely no mention of docking hardware sold separately (Which I really wanted fixed side plates without docking and quick-release from the start. My ability to ride this vehicle is delayed another week due to this oversight!

    Rack attachment lugs are not welded up parallel causing hardware to cross thread, otherwise a quality product. I will repair/modify to suit my needs.

    The throttle linkage is only one month old and 200 miles and it already snapped. Coincidentally it broke one day after the return date. Don’t care about the return as much as it is a waste of time installing such poor quality items. The appearance of this item seemed a little thin and cheaper than the original, but I decided to install it anyway. Was not worth the time or the money, especially getting stuck due to a broken linkage. Cheap eBay garbage that isn’t even worth a one star review.
