  Was due between 8?August 13 - 20 but I have stil not received it and the seller has provided zero updates even when asked to. I would like my refund NOW and not have to wait until 8/27 like you've suggested. Something does not seem right at all. The item originated from Marysville WA. Shouldn't take forever. I purchased the item on July 30th, while mail it out only on Aug 13th?

  Although the listing stated, "Great condition as shown in pics", the item that I received was not the exact item in the picture, however, it was in great condition and fit my needs perfectly. I would recommend that if the seller is going to refer to pictures as part of the item description, the seller should clarify that the pictures are representative of the quality of item being sold, and not the actual item. Seller communication was satisfactory. Item was packaged well, and arrived undamaged.
