    Got the part I ordered. In the condition they stated. However, I have one gripe. They printed a shipping label on a Tuesday but didn’t get it to the post office until the following Monday. Why load up a shipping label and say it’s “shipped” if you’re not going to actually get it to the shipping company for almost a week. That’s just frustrating. I’m sure they’ll have a great comment comeback on this but it doesn’t matter it took them 6 days to drop the item off. They can do better.

    Very for the delay, this is definitely not normal... half our team was out of the shop racing the bmx world champs when you bought it.The staff still in shop was just not getting things shipped fast enough that week.
