    This item did not work on my bike I tested it with and without brackets . 2005 hayabusa . The release gets stuck in between the forks and frame limiting steering to the left . I can only turn 1 inch to the side the release is on. Sadly the company doesn’t believe me in an message and I am wanting to return the brand new item but they are wanting me to get charged to return an item that simply does not work for my bike …. This is sad

    This does too fit 99-07 Hayabusa. We have supplied him with links and pics proving the strap is correct. 24 years of selling this item for gen1 Hayabusa’s too 1000’s of customers. Upon several request he refused to supply us with pictures or proof of his claim. He has not provided anything but just saying it doesn’t work. We have bent over backwards to provide support for this customer in every way possible. So he leaves NEGATIVE feedback because he has no idea what he doing or accept our help.

    This is first we are hearing about this. Buyer first requested refund due to “changing my mind” which we declined. We only allow returns for exchanges or replacements. Buyer went on to retaliate by falsely stating item doesn’t work. If that were truly the case buyer would have filed a return after reaching out to us for item not working and we would have gladly replaced it with another. Over 24years of selling this item on eBay and never had one not work. We test all straps before we ship them.
