  The item was listed among signed baseball cards and sold as such. When it arrived, it was an oversized photo. THIS IS MISREPRESENTATION.

  Buyer's original email: "This is NOT a baseball card....it is NOT a trading card. It is an oversized photo that was stuck in among trading cards for an unsuspecting person (my grand daughter) to be gulled into buying. I WANT A REFUND." What a charming note! I asked the buyer to submit a case to eBay. Please note that the listing clearly showed both sides of the card and that not all trading cards are 3x4. USPS accepted the card as a "trading card" eligible for a standard envelope.
