This item was described as 2cm/20mm wide fold over elastic binding. In fact it only measures 16mm wide and is absolutely useless for my purpose. Postage was £1.80 for small envelope. All in all absolute waste of money. Most unhappy.i would give it zero stars.

Hi, sorry we can't control postage costs, that size costs a large stamp and new packaging regardless, we can't ship for free and Royal Mail is only getting more expensive but that is out of our control.
