    The item unfortunately included a minor & internal scratch upon the upper-right-hand corner of the monitor. But unfortunately for also not receiving any more HP support somewhere when attempting to install that upon my entirely higher HP Windows10 Intel-7 PC.

    Details aside, when received the complaint we responded as we usually do. We sent a full refund including including the shipping and told the customer to keep the monitor and we would ship him another monitor at no charge. The customer declined our offer and left this feedback. We did try to go above and beyond but it seems it just did not work out.
