Our services include jewelry repair with in-house jewelry servicing, custom jewelry designing with a computer 3D design system, diamond re-cutting and certification, remounts, engraving, pearl restringing, buy/sell, and trade of fine jewelry and fine watches, consignment, layaway programs, financing, and watch repair.

Major buyers of fine jewelry and fine watches, gold, platinum palladium, silver coins, and bullions, specializing in large estate liquidation. We are large enough to serve all of our guest’s needs, but more importantly, small enough to deliver that service in a professional caring way.

    Order was cancelled because the item was no longer available and was sold months earlier on another site. Buyer is unfairly angry because the gold price went up and was hoping to make a profit on the gold value of the item. if the item was still available we would have not cancel the transaction and issue full refund like we did. It's really a shame that a fellow eBay seller (the buyer in this case) would stoop down to these tactics and leave a negative feed back when he was issued full refund.
