    The item was expected August 19th-25th, and was ordered August 14th, it was shipped the 19th (more days than the shipping policy) and on one of the expected arrival dates. The new arrival date guaranteed by Ebay is August 26th, which has passed already. I submitted the request on the 28th, more than 13 days after it was ordered, 8 past the shipping date, and many days passed the original and updated arrival time. The seller gave no help. The package arrived more than a week late.
