    It seems to be of High Quality. Condition was new and had all the right pieces to install, did not break when I installed it very tightly to my bike so I took it on a test run. My bike is a Specialize Mountain bike, It stayed tight against my seat post even bunny hopping curbs and through rough terrain. I am very happy. It is kind of expensive but worth the value it brings to my bike. I don't like cheap, it's like throwing money away. Its appearance seems just like it was advertised.
