  Ad was for 3-way. Seller confirmed I wanted 3-way, NOT 5-way. then seller send me the 5 WAY! I tried to resolve this with the seller but all he did was stall and try to get me to do all the work to correct his mistake. We are a small repair shop and were previous customers. That STOPS! We will no longer do business with this rude, unsympathetic, "alabi Ike" seller! Save your money and your sanity and avoid this seller like the plague!

  I made a mistake and sent him a set up with the wrong switch. I tried to make things right. I was never rude or unsympathetic. I apologized many times. I offered to send the correct set up in advance and send a return label for the wrong item but that was not acceptable. He refused to send anything back and said I should just comp him another set up. Please refer to my over 8000 positive reviews. This is my first negative review in over 12 years! Can't please everyone I guess
