    Selling used items as new, open box, when actually was pre-owned, and was returned to store for warranty exchange. But he sold as new and covered all labels on box . As I couldn't install entire AC immediately, when I tried this after flushing system, it locked up in first try turning on. I asked to return 4 days after the 30days, and refused to do anything. IT WAS NOT NEW AS ADVERTISED.
