  The quality of the Shipping Rotor was poor, and it was sent in a damaged box. This was package #2 of 2. Package #1 is missing in action; it never arrived after almost a week, and the tracking information continues to indicate a delay. I'm not sure how the rotors remained in the box in that condition. This is the worst value I have ever encountered, and the service has been very disappointing. I still haven't received any answers regarding the damage to the rotors, and the PADS are still missing.
