Card pictured was well centred, card advertised as light play so some surface scratches and whitening to be expected. Card I was sent was extremely off centered (right heavy) and had damage to the left border. Initiated a return as INAD/damage. Seller accepted the return with no issues but then only issued partial refund claiming I abused the return system.
