    VERY bad packaging! Box had ZERO protection inside and the box was crushed inwards due to this. A single strip of tape closing it that had been ripped loose, you could see inside the box. I should be leaving Neutral feedback. Do better! 🙄

    I am sorry for the inconvenience. I actually did message you when I sent a full refund for the item. The item was misplaced in inventory and as soon as the oversight was noticed, I sent you a full refund with a note attached.

    Item arrived on time and in good condition. It was, however, listed as factory sealed when it was not. The tape seal was obviously cut, and item had been opened. Not a huge issue for me as it wasn't critical that it was sealed, but item was not as described.
