  The description said the item was new, but when it arrived it turned out to be used. I contacted the seller to file a complaint, and they indicated that since they have a lot of inventory, they don't know the condition of the item they're selling. Is that an excuse for a misleading ad? I asked for my money back, and they offered to refund half. When I told them it was unacceptable, they stopped responding and took no further action. A totally dishonest and untrustworthy seller.
