  I just received the pegs which I usually put it in big holes in antique violins as a bushing peg to fill the holes and reopen in the correct size for new pegs, so I bought viola pegs to fill the holes of violins. Most of the luthiers use boxwood rebushing rods, I prefer maple pegs because this way I fit the peg as a working peg, then I carve them and finally I open the new smaller holes.
