    The ad said "tested and works," but it doesn't. The internal straps are completely melted, indicating that it hasn't been used for a long time. This couldn't have been caused during shipping. The device powers on, has no major exterior damage, and arrived very well packaged, but it doesn't meet the advertised specifications. The seller offered me a free return, but I'm not in the US, so shipping to the US would cost almost as much as the device itself. Very disappointed.
