  The sole peeled off within the first month. when i had my cobbler fix them he told me the shoes were not authentic to the brand and were counterfeit. i should have known better give they were 40 dollars. buyer beware

  So sorry you had this experience. Unfortunately this happens occasionally as the adhesive that bonds the sole to the shoes can deteriorate with age. Your cobbler was incorrect about the authenticity of the shoe. To Boot New York is not a brand that gets replicated / counterfeited. We've been dealing with the brand for more than 10 years and guarantee this is an authentic pair. Please contact us if you'd like to return the shoes for a full refund.
