    Well, I wanted the shoes, but when they came they were too small. I did not see a real size on the shoe, that is. whether if was A, B. C., or whatever. The length was fine, but they were too narrow for me to even put on. Obviously, the seller was disappointed, but I was, as well.

    This was unfortunate. The width was disclosed in the pictures, item specifics and item description. We gladly accepted the return and refunded the buyer as we always do in this situation. eBay could do a better job about clearly disclosing size AND width in shoe listings.

    The sole peeled off within the first month. when i had my cobbler fix them he told me the shoes were not authentic to the brand and were counterfeit. i should have known better give they were 40 dollars. buyer beware

    So sorry you had this experience. Unfortunately this happens occasionally as the adhesive that bonds the sole to the shoes can deteriorate with age. Your cobbler was incorrect about the authenticity of the shoe. To Boot New York is not a brand that gets replicated / counterfeited. We've been dealing with the brand for more than 10 years and guarantee this is an authentic pair. Please contact us if you'd like to return the shoes for a full refund. So sorry for your negative experience!
