    Excellent Quality. Really, the rug is very, very nice. Here's my issue: I found the color to be much whiter than the pics. Customer service responded quickly to my request to use their return policy. Unfortunately, they told me I had to pay the shipping and then they'd reimburse me. That would normally be fine BUT it was going to cost me over $100 up front. In the end they offered me 20% off & to keep the rug which I accepted, but wasn't very happy with how their return policy actually is.
