I bought this item because I thought it was brand new as advertised; however, it turns out it was not factory sealed. When I opened it the figure Jetfire was broken. One of his hinges was broken and the pin fell out as soon as opened the box, the autobot chromia was fully missing. I would not recommend this seller or what ever they say about a product
