  The packaging was a little wild - kind of falling apart when I got it. The box looked like it had been used for a long time and probably wasn’t the sturdiest for shipping a tv. The tv was also dirty and maybe it would have been nice to wipe it down before selling it.

Sorry about the box, but we always recycle boxes to save the Earth. maybe it wasn’t a new box It sound like it made it all in one piece. I wish Ebay would allow me to post pictures on my reviews. I would show you what it look like when it was shipped out. It was nice and neatly packed with bubble wrap and shipping peanuts. I always test and clean before shipment. It is an older tv and It might have a little bit of dust on it sorry.

  I ordered the model ECP3630 and I received ECP3420 The one I ordered is of a much better quality in every way. Also, description says Shelf model but it is clearly used And the packaging was bad box was pretty banged up

We recycle all of our boxes to save on the Earth. we do cut them down to make them fit so we don’t have to for shipping on all of our items pretty much
