    Slow to ship. Speaker cone was blown out and the flex ring at the cone edge is rotted and broken.. No mention of any of this in the description. White tissue paper loosely packed around speaker in the box as only protection during shipping. In worse shape than the one I was planning on replacing. "No Refunds" policy should be a warning to other buyers from this seller.
