  The item arrived exactly as described. The chassis was fully functional, and the seller included the two drive bays as stated in the listing. I initially assumed that rack rails were included, but that was due to my own oversight—they were not mentioned in the description, so this is not the seller’s fault. Just a reminder to review listings carefully. The only issue I encountered was with the power cables provided. They were only three feet long, which wasn’t sufficient to reach power sources.
