  Shipping took far too long, their website said they ship the next day. After a week I sent them a message, and the response was they were away. I would not have bought from them if I knew this. Finally got the part about two weeks after I had already bought and received from someone else. So, while Amazon gets you anything in a couple days, these guys are trying to take Ebay down. We should all help keep Ebay if just as a counter to Amazon but not with these guys

  This buyer's item was shipped within the specified handling time. An "away message" was provided to the buyer to his order, clearly outlining this delay. Note that our standard handling time is 24hrs - this was a rare instance where we had to delay shipping due to a family emergency that required us to travel. Unfortunately, we are not Amazon, nor do we have fulfillment centers to ship on our behalf. This buyer then demanded "compensation" for this delay, but refused to return the item :(
